Why won't Treatwell just copy you?
Treatwell's entire business model is built on commissions. Going commission-free would mean cannibalising their primary revenue. They can't copy us without destroying themselves. Meanwhile, we're building the multilingual stack they don't have.
What stops a well-funded competitor from entering?
We're not competing on features — we're competing on community trust. Turkish and Arabic salon owners don't switch platforms easily. Once a salon is onboarded and their QR code is on the window, switching costs are real and emotional.
Is €30/month enough to build a real business?
At 10,000 salons, that's €300K MRR — €3.6M ARR. With an 8× LTV:CAC and near-zero marginal cost per additional salon, the unit economics are strong. Plus the ecommerce tier at €55/mo improves ARPU as salons grow.
